On 1/28/08 USCIS announced the proposed settlement in a national class action law suit for adjustment of status and naturalization applicants who were recipients of Social Security Income (SSI) benefits, and have had, or will potentially have, benefits cut off. The settlement of the case has been provisionally approved by the court and is now being distributed for review by class members. Back to Top |
