USCIS Update on Biometric Changes for Re-entry Permits and Refugee Travel Documents - March 05, 2008
On 3/5/08 USCIS issued an Update regarding revised instructions for Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. The revised instructions include changes for re-entry permit and refugee travel document applicants.
