The dates in the right hand column show the "Data Entry" date of cases currently on a USCIS officer's desk. If your case was filed after the date shown, then your case is probably not yet with a USCIS officer. Once a case arrives at an officer's desk, it generally takes an additional two to four weeks to receive adjudication.

It is not advisable to inquire on cases until a specified period of time (about three weeks) has elapsed AFTER the Data Entry.
